Nurse Practitioner (FNP/PNP)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Overview:
Our mission-driven healthcare team delivers high-quality pediatric care directly to underserved communities across Phoenix. This role combines advanced clinical practice with community outreach in a mobile clinic setting, providing meaningful care to children and families who face barriers to traditional healthcare access.
Position Offers:
• Part-time schedule: 10–20 hours per week
• Schedule within Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Competitive compensation: $60–$80 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform pediatric assessments, including histories, physical exams, and developmental screenings
• Assess, diagnose, and manage common pediatric conditions
• Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the EHR
• Coordinate care and referrals with community providers, schools, and social services
• Participate in community outreach activities, clinic scheduling, location planning, and partner collaboration
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives through outcome tracking and service enhancements
Qualifications:
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona or ability to obtain
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a pediatric focus
• Current national certification as a Nurse Practitioner (PNP, FNP, or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of recent pediatric NP experience in primary care, community health, or a similar setting
• Current BLS certification
• Eligibility for DEA registration in Arizona
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Phoenix
