Overview:
Our organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a mobile pediatric clinic providing care at schools and community health events in Phoenix, AZ. This role offers part-time or full-time scheduling flexibility, competitive pay, and an immediate start for a provider with pediatric experience or a strong passion for pediatric care.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, within 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Part-time or full-time available
• Competitive hourly compensation: $60–80/hour (DOE)
• Mileage reimbursement provided
• Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive pediatric assessments, including health history, physical exams, and developmental screenings in a mobile clinic setting
• Deliver clear, age-appropriate patient and family education on diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care
• Document patient encounters accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR), ensuring regulatory and clinic compliance
• Coordinate care and referrals with community providers, schools, and social services
• Participate in community outreach activities, including clinic scheduling and collaboration with local partners
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, including tracking outcomes and service enhancements

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Arizona (or ability to obtain), with DEA eligibility
• Minimum 3 years of pediatric NP experience in primary care, community health, or a similar setting, or strong pediatric experience/passion
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
