Join our collaborative outpatient PM&R practice delivering non-surgical musculoskeletal and pain care. This procedure-focused role welcomes both strong new grads and experienced providers, offering the opportunity to manage a consistent patient volume while performing injections and regenerative therapies in a supportive, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal and pain conditions
Perform trigger point injections, joint injections, and PRP therapies
Develop and implement evidence-based, function-focused treatment plans
Prescribe and manage non-narcotic medications as appropriate
Interpret imaging and diagnostic findings to guide care decisions
Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and functional recovery strategies
Document encounters and procedures accurately in the EMR
Collaborate with the PM&R care team to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Texas
Experience in musculoskeletal, PM&R, or outpatient rehabilitation preferred
Proficiency in joint and trigger point injections preferred
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care
Ability to manage a steady, procedure-driven patient volume
Spanish-speaking skills a plus
