Overview:
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic outpatient Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and interventional pain practice. This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal and chronic pain conditions while supporting procedural care and improving patient outcomes. New graduates and experienced providers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and manage patients with musculoskeletal and chronic pain conditions
Conduct consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
Perform and assist with interventional procedures and therapeutic treatments
Provide patient education and support adherence to care plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with RNs and clinical staff to coordinate care
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality patient outcomes

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Ohio
Open to new graduates with interest in procedural medicine
Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient specialty setting
Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
