We are seeking an LPN to provide direct nursing care in a pediatric long-term care setting in Wayne, NJ. This role supports medically fragile children in a low patient volume environment where consistency and hands-on care are prioritized. You will work within a collaborative clinical team focused on safety, stability, and individualized patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to pediatric residents in a long-term care environment
Administer medications and treatments as ordered, following safety protocols
Perform wound care, dressing changes, and other prescribed nursing procedures
Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes or concerns
Assist with activities of daily living while maintaining patient dignity and comfort
Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the clinical team
Document all nursing care, treatments, and observations accurately and timely
Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and facility regulations

Qualifications:

Active LPN license in the state of New Jersey
Current BLS certification
Recent physical and TB test required
Minimum 1+ year of LPN experience
Pediatric or long-term care experience preferred
Ability to work evening shift with rotating weekends
