Job Description
Locum Source is working with a clinic that is looking for an experienced Psych Nurse Practitioner to start as soon as credentialed due to an increase in Outpatient clinic needs until a permanent provider starts.
DATES:
As soon as credentialed – ongoing
SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday 8a-5p
Night call (4pm-8am) during the weekdays
Call coverage: Weekend, 24 hour call, 98% telephone with onsite presence required on rare occasions
During call may see pediatric patient and would need to (safety) assess ages 4-17.
SETTING:
30 bed inpatient unit
Outpatient adult population
Average 10-14 Outpatients per day
4 physicians within group
EMR is Power Chart, IDX
Support Staff includes: 1 LPN, 1 RN, 6 LCSW, 4 support staff
REQUIREMENTS:
PMHNP Certified
Active New York license
BLS
COMPENSATION:
Travel, housing, and malpractice insurance
