Patient volume: 10-15 per day
Ages: Adults
Requirements: IL license, Needs to have Behavioral Health experience, COVID Vaccine, not interested in new graduate providers.
Client ONLY looking for providers who are interested in a permanent placement after working in a locums capacity.
