Burlington, VT - PMHNP - Ages 15+ - No Call - To $132K + Fed Loan Repay ($75K/3years)
* NW Vermont, 3 hours N. of Albany, NY
* Federally Qualified Health Center - Mental Health & Primary Care
* 2 Years of PMHNP experience desired
* See ages 15 + Adults + Some homeless patients
* Join a team of 4 PMHNP's and 2 Psychiatrists and Primary Care NP's and MD's
* 60 min evals and 30 min med mgmt.- see 12 patients/day
* Direct supervision with MD weekly
* Work 5(8's) or 4(10's) - No Call
* Federal Loan Repay - HPSA Score of 19 -($75K /3 year commitment)
* Suboxone license a +
* $110-$132K + possible sign bonus + relocation + Fed Loan Repay
