Job Description

OnCall Staffing is partnered with a 120 bed, acute care inpatient facility in coastal Massachusetts that is looking for a PMHNP to provide coverage for them on an ongoing basis.

This opportunity is Monday - Friday with no weekend and no call responsibilities.

RESPONSBILITIES:

  • Provide advanced practice nursing support for patients in the psychiatric outpatient and/or partial hospital programs

  • Participates in treatment planning, implementation, and monitoring

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to identifying patient treatment needs

  • Complete medication assessments and adjustments

  • Prescribe medication for patients under the supervision of a psychiatrist

  • Provide social support as needed

  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships within the agency, community and referral sources.

REQUIREMENTS:

Active Massachusetts license

DEA

PMHNP Certified

Nurse Practitioner

Psychiatric-Mental Health

MSN/MSRN

Part-Time/Contract Locums/Travel Permanent/Full-Time
