DETAILS
When: ASAP and ongoing
Scheduled clinic hours and call
Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient. Admissions required
55 beds in the department. Patients per shift 15-25; Level 3 Trauma facility
Must have AR license and DEA to be presented
Beeper call with a 15-30-minute response. Averages 10 phone consults when on call. 4 patients get seen and 10 admissions when on call.
NP will be the primary on-call provider
On-site business hours M-F TBD, but likely 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm. Round on the weekends as needed
On-call 5p-7a Mon-Fri; on-call for weekend starts at 5p on Fri and goes through 7a on Mon
Not required to be on-site while on-call but must be within 30 min of the hospital
Age of patients -18+ years of age
BE required; BC preferred
Support Staff - full staff of nurses, MAs, techs and NPs
Credentialing: notes approx 60-90 days
REQUIREMENTS
Active Arkansas license
Active DEA
COVID Vaccinated
