Clinical Magnet is looking for a compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has a passion for serving the underprivileged and unrepresented in the La Grande, OR community. Responsibilities of the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner: Collaborate with the medical director and supervising physician to deliver primary care commensurate with training to patients Deliver care appropriate for an out-patient, primary care community health center with a multicultural, multilingual patient population Qualifications of the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner: Prior experience inPsychiatric Mental Health Relevant Master's degree Current Texas valid professional license to practice in the respective field Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Compensation: Very competitive total compensation opportunity (125k+) RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold Quality incentives up to $12,500 annually Commencement bonus of $20,000 $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time Facility Info: Outpatient Rural Health Clinic Four 10-hour days per week Average 13-17 patients per day Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day Behavioral health and lab on-site 30+ exam rooms 1:16 call; phone call only Keywords: NP, psych, psychiatric, psychiatry, pychiatric NP, PMHNP, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, oregon, rural, CEUs, bonus, incentives, RVU bonus, scribe, outpatient, clinic, direct hire, direct placement, full time, sign on bonus, salary
