Job Description

MedAdventures a division of ICON Medical Network is looking for a compassionate Nurse Practitioner that has a passion for serving the underprivileged and unrepresented in the La Grande, OR community. Psych details below, however we have a need for additional NPs in Womens Health, Neuro and Primary Care.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job.

Responsibilities of the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner:

Collaborate with the medical director and supervising physician to deliver primary care commensurate with training to patients
Deliver care appropriate for an out-patient, primary care community health center with a multicultural, multilingual patient population

Qualifications of the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner:

Prior experience in Psychiatric Mental Health
Relevant Master’s degree
Current Texas valid professional license to practice in respective field
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Compensation:

Very competitive total compensation opportunity (125k+)
RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
Quality incentives up to $12,500 annually
Commencement bonus of $20,000
$8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time

Outpatient Rural Health Clinic

Four 10-hour days per week

Average 13-17 patients per day

Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day

Behavioral health and lab on site

30+ exam rooms

1:16 call; phone call only
