Job Description
I’m working with a federally qualified community health center that operates 18 clinics in 18 communities throughout 13 counties in Wisconsin and we’re looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team full or part-time at our Ashland or Hayward locations.
The NP will assess, diagnose, and treat the health needs of the patients. You will provide therapy and prescribe medications for patients who have physical, mental health or substance abuse problems.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Master's degree and/or Advanced Practice Nursing certification (CFNP, APRN, etc.) or equivalent; four to ten years related experience and/or training.
- Current WI license and certification
