Child/Adolscent Inpatient Psychiatry position in Bronx, New York (NY)

The Child/Adolescent Psychiatry role:

Bronx in-patient at 1300 Waters Place. Intermediate level care facility. Work with a multidisciplinary team to care for patients aged 6-18 years. Responsibilities include admissions, psychopharmacology, legal status, family contact, documentation, and treatment planning. Patients may be on multiple wards. Coordinate care with the pediatrics team to deliver state-of-the-art care for children and adolescents.

FT- INPATIENT

• SCHEDULE: M-F (8A-4:30P), 40 HRS PER WEEK.
• Caseload up to 15 patients.
• This is a bid process: Bid due date: 05/19/2025 at 3 PM EST.

REQUIRED:

• NY state license; active, unrestricted
• Board Certified-Psychiatry
• Enrolled with NY Medicaid
