Job Description

Locums - Part Time schedule - outpatient Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner clinic opportunity to go between 3 clinics - Aurora, Elgin, and McHenry

Certified PMHNP with experience required
Must be able to work without collaborative physician agreement
Need to start quickly and is ongoing long term
3 days a week - 8:30-4:30 Mon/Wed/Thurs
Aurora location is on site for 3 months then will go to Telehealth - Elgin twice a month - McHenry twice a week
Must have IL license, DEA, and be enrolled in Medicaid
Will see ages 12+
Must be comfortable working with Diverse patient panel, Mental Health Disabilities, managing Addictions, and Technology EMR and Virtual web based software
Local driving candidates only
Starting hourly rate at $80/hr pending experience and malpractice covered
