Job Title: Permanent Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Location: San Rafael, CA

Compensation:
- Pay: $85-100 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for adolescent and young adult residents.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Prescribe, adjust, and manage psychiatric medications to ensure safe and effective care.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, trauma-informed treatment.
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and families regarding mental health conditions, treatment approaches, and medication adherence.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in treatment meetings.
- Respond to psychiatric emergencies as needed.

Qualifications:
- Valid PMHNP license in the state of California.
- Experience in psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning for adolescents and young adults.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychiatric medications and treatments.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication skills for psychoeducation and family engagement.
- Strong organizational skills for clinical documentation.
