Salary and Benefits
- Salary: $135,000 annually
- Sign-on bonus available
- Relocation assistance: Up to $5,000
- Hybrid schedule option available
- CME: 1 week and $3,500 annually
- 3 weeks paid vacation + sick leave (accrued)
- 10–11 holidays annually
- Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision
- 403(b) retirement with 1:1 match up to $3,500
- DEA and license reimbursement
- NHSC and State Loan Repayment eligible
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental health care with a focus on medication management
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and licensed therapists
- Serve adult and pediatric populations (if comfortable)
- Average caseload, manageable schedule
- EMR: Epic
Requirements
- PMHNP certification and WI license (or eligibility)
- Experience preferred but new grads welcome
- Hybrid work capability
- Visa support available
