Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for adolescent and young adult residents
- Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychotropic medications to ensure safe and effective clinical outcomes
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including therapists, nurses, and medical staff—to deliver coordinated, trauma-informed care
- Educate and support residents and families regarding diagnoses, treatment, and recovery goals
- Document all care in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Address urgent psychiatric needs and assist in crisis stabilization as necessary

Qualifications:
- Active California PMHNP license
- Experience with adolescent and young adult mental health preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and collaborative skills
