Overview:
Our behavioral health practice in Denver is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive psychiatric care across outpatient and hybrid settings. This role includes in-person clinic work across regional sites with one dedicated telehealth day each week. You will manage a diverse patient population with a focus on psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and comprehensive mental health assessments
Manage medication treatment plans and ongoing psychiatric care
Provide care for adolescent and adult patients (13+)
Deliver telehealth-based psychiatric services weekly
Work across multiple clinic locations within the region
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary behavioral health teams
Support continuity of care for patients in outpatient programs

Qualifications:

Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Active DEA license required
Experience in mental health, addiction treatment, or outpatient behavioral health preferred
Ability to travel between clinic locations as needed
Spanish bilingual skills a plus
