Job Description
Locum Source is assisting a facility in Connecticut that is seeking outpatient coverage at their Mental Health Facility starting as soon as credentialed on an ongoing basis.
DATES: As soon as credentialed - ongoing
SHIFTS: Monday - Friday
8 am - 4: 30 pm
16 - 22 patients per day
Walk In's: 2
RESPONSIBILITIES: Patient evaluations/assessments, medication management
100% Adult
