Job Description
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Up to $150K Salary
- Up to $20,000 Sign-on bonus
- 401K Match - 100% match up to 4% employee contribution, another 50% match toward 5% - 6%
- 25 Days PTO in year 1, jumps to 30 days PTO year 2 + Holidays
- FQHC - Approved site for Federal School Loan Assistance program (21 score)
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Outpatient Psych / Mental Health setting integrated with a Primary Care
- Variety of patient-population – covering lifespan
- Federally Qualified Health Center setting (FQHC)
- Monday-Friday Schedule, No Weekends
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Seeking Psych-Certified NP Providers (PMHNP) with previous rural medicine experience
- Team-based patient care model - ability to work with other staff members
COMMUNITY Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Centrally located within 1.5-hour to Green Bay and Madison, 2 hours to Milwaukee
- Weekend fun - local wineries and craft breweries provide excellent social scene
- Beautiful summers with plethora of lakes and Excellent skiing options in Winter
