Job Description
A New York Healthcare facility is in need of a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide locum coverage in their unit. The hours are from 8AM to 5PM with weekday call from 5PM to 8AM. This is an adult only inpatient unit and provider must have inpatient psychiatry experience. Med Checks are scheduled for 15-30 minutes and New Evals are scheduled for 30 minutes. The provider will see 10-15 patients per day and the interested providers must be psych certified. This is a locums assignment with a minimum 3 month commitment with the opportunity to extend.
