Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Psych NP that enjoys living close to the coast; about an hour north of Seattle. Beautifully set in a dramatic backdrop of water, forests and mountains. The main downtown area sits on a narrow, hilly strip of land between Puget Sound to the west and Lake Washington to the east. Modern skyscrapers rise on high hills in the city center, with residential units lining the lower areas along the water and north of downtown. The Nurse Practitioner coordinates decision making with the psychiatrist, in the assessment, diagnosis, and medication management of psychiatric patients. The Nurse Practitioner works in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans. The team includes psychiatrists, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, mental health technicians, social workers, therapists and educators.
