Community-based nurse-managed health centers to diverse and underserved populations
Experience with homeless people, racial minorities preferred
Provide bio-psychosocial evaluations for adults at health centers and outreach sites
Suboxone Waiver and MAT experience needed
Working with addiction and recovery
