Job Description

Palm Health is seeking a Pulmonary Sleep Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team!

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with sleep-related disorders, including sleep apnea, snoring, insomnia, and other sleep-disordered breathing conditions. The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with the Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine Physicians and other healthcare providers in providing patient care.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform comprehensive medical assessments of patients with sleep-related disorders
  2. Manage patient care plans for patients with sleep apnea, snoring, insomnia, and other sleep-disordered breathing conditions
  3. Educate patients on the importance of good sleep hygiene practices
  4. Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as polysomnography (sleep studies)
  5. Prescribe medications as needed to treat sleep disorders
  6. Provide guidance on lifestyle modifications such as weight loss or smoking cessation to improve overall health

Salary: $120,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
