Asante Pulmonary Consultants & Sleep Specialist is seeking a Sleep Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient practice in Grants Pass, OR. OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS
- Annual salary of $120,000
- Annual performance incentives of up to 16% of base salary starting in year 2
- $10,000 - $20,000 signing bonus
- Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
- $3,000 annual CME allowance
- 240 hours (30 clinic days) of authorized time offer per year
