Kaiser Permanente – San Leandro Medical Center
Dates of Coverage: ASAP – 13 Weeks with option to extend, as needed
Practice Description:
• Setting: Clinic
• Daily Responsibilities: Clinic Patients for Plastic/Breast Surgery. Candidates will not be doing any OR time, clinic only - Pre/Post Off and Follow up patients, New consults.
• Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No Call
• PPD/Census: Estimated 2-3 Patients per hour
• EMR: EPIC (Health Connect – Kaiser Permanente’s version of EPIC)
