- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Call, Weekend call
- ACLS and BLS required
- 1 - 2 surgeries per day and 10 - 20 patients per day at clinic
- Surgical first assist, EVH (maquet), rounding in the CVICU and on the step down floor, clinic
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
