- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Weekends, Days
- ACLS and BLS required and NPs must have ACNP credential
- 8 - 10 patients per day in hospital, 1 - 2 OR cases per day
- OR first assist and ICU with EVH preferred but not required
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
