- Willing to wait for license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
- ACLS and BLS required
- Level 1 trauma center w/ 1 - 3 surgeries per day
- CV/CT first assist w/ EVH (Maquet Vasoview Hemopro 2) CABG, valve repair & dissection
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
