- Willing to wait for license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call, 7 on / 7 off, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
- ACLS and BLS required
- 8 - 12 patients per day
- PA/NP CV/CT OR w/ EVH (Maquet) CABG, thoracic surgery, TAVR, aortic valve surgery, MitraClip etc
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
