Trauma Surgery Holiday Needs

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Trauma Surgery NP/PA provider for locum tenens coverage in Williamsport, PA. Starting August 2026, this role offers a competitive market rate and ongoing coverage.

The Trauma Surgery NP/PA Role:

· Trauma Level II.

• AM rounds, followed by OR first assisting, seeing new EGS consults, managing inpatient service, seeing/managing trauma activations, and critical care management.
• I&Ds, lac repairs, chest tube placement, central line placement.

· EMR: Cerner/EPIC

Coverage dates:

Dec 23: day

Dec 24: day and night

Dec 25: day and night

Dec 26: day

Dec 27 day

Jan 1: night

Future dates in 2027

Trauma Surgery NP/PA Requirements:

· PA license, active and unrestricted

· Active Board Certified

· Certifications- BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS & DEA

· Minimum of 2 years of Trauma Surgery experience
