Job Summary
- Position: General Surgery
- Skills Required: Advanced Practice Provider
- Duration: 148 days
- Start Date: 08/05/2026
- End Date: 12/31/2026
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with possible rotating weekends
- Care Setting: Inpatient surgical assist, no outpatient clinic
- Position Type: Surgical Assist, General Surgery priority
- Number of Shifts: Varies, average 90-110 cases per week
- Shift Details: Cases may run past 5 PM, no call expected
- Facility Overview: Assisting in OR on surgical cases only
- Supporting Staff: Surgeon, scrub tech, circulating RN, CRNA
Key Requirements
- Licensure: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Certifications: BLS required
- Specialties: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Ob/Gyn, Urology, ENT
- Vaccination: Not specified
- Experience: Relevant surgical assist experience preferred
- Credentialing Timeline: Estimated 60 days
