Job Description

VeloSource has a new permanent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner in western Illinois.
Located in a historic, nationally ranked Illinois town that is a great place to live and raise a family.

- Surgical NP needed for Cardio Thoracic First Assist position
- Must have experience with EVH (Endoscopic Vessel Harvesting)
- Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts with shared call (call back minimal for FA)
- $115,000 salary plus sign on bonus and relocation assistance
- $20,000 in student loan payments
-Full benefits including health, life, malpractice with tail, pension, child care, and more
- 2 hours from St. Louis, MO
