Kaiser Permanente - San Leandro Medical Center NP/PA Surgical
Reason for coverage: Maternity Leave
Dates of Coverage: ASAP (January) through June
Practice Description:
- Setting: Hospital Rounding and Clinic
- Daily Responsibilities: Rounding AM (with surgeon) then clinic based in afternoon
- Shifts/Schedule Expectations: Monday – 8:30a-5:00p
- Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No Call
- PPD/Census: 12 estimated clinic patients – Mainly follow up patients in clinic both in person and virtual visits; Some new lipoidemia, varicose veins
- Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff: Physicians, other NP’s/PA’s, and MA’s/RN’s for Support
- EMR: EPIC (Health Connect – Kaiser Permanente’s version of EPIC)
