LOCATION: Salt Lake City Area

TYPE: 1099- Locums contract


DETAILS:

Where: Salt Lake City area

Need: NP/PA

When: July 2, 3, 6, 9, 12, 16, 23, 26, 29

Shift: 7am to 7pm

Duties: Primary Care, Urgent Care


Duties: Experienced FNP or PA for family practice clinic - ages 2 and up, EPIC experience helpful, familiar with procedures, women's health, must be willing to comply with mask/PPE requirements.

Possibility of longer-term opportunity!



REQUIREMENTS:

Active Utah license

Active DEA

Experienced w ages 2+
