Locum Source Staffing is currently working with a couple of clinics in Phoenix, Arizona that are looking for immediate Urgent Care coverage. Dates:
ASAP – ongoing
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8a-8p, Sat-Sun 8a-4p
Must work some Mondays & rotate weekends Hours: Rotating weekly 36/40 - 3-12 hour shifts / 2-12 hours shifts, 2-8 hour weekend shifts
Setting:
Urgent Care
All ages demographic
Outpatient
5 beds in the department
Average of 40 patients per shift
EMR is Epic
Procedures:
I&D, Lac repair, Ear irrigation, other minor procedures
Requirements:
Board Certified
Active Arizona license
Local provider
BLS
