Outpatient Clinic
Start Date: ASAP-ongoing
Monday – Saturday 8a-8p
8-14 shifts per month
23-25 ppd
All Ages of Patients
Provider needs to be comfortable with all UC procedures.
EMR: Epic
NP/PA, OR license, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, DEA and COVID Vaccine required
