NP/PA needed Urgent Care in Streator, IL
Outpatient UC Clinic
Dates: ASAP – Ongoing
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8a-6pm
No Call
Patient Mix: 80% Adult | 20% Peds
3.5 – 4 patients an hour
Types of cases: quick visits - URIs, UTIs, sprains, etc. Not scheduled so volumes fluctuate.
EMR - EPIC
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Urgent Care setting
IL license, ACLS, BLS, DEA, CSR and COVID and flu vaccine required
