Job Description

Urgent care locums opportunity this summer and fall in quaint McConnellsburg, PA. The quietness of the town makes for a slower paced urgent care setting. Great for if you are trying to take a break from the hustle and bustle of cities like Philly. Details below!

Coverage needed: ASAP to September/October

Shift Details: Days, 7a – 5pm

Schedule: Mon – Thurs OR Tues - Fri

Work Details:

  • Support staff: LPN assisting, 1 medical assistant, 1 registration/front desk

  • Amount of coverage needed per month: 4 x 10 hour shifts per week; no weekends

  • Patients per day: 25

  • EMR: Medent (Hospital uses Meditech)

Practice Setting: Urgent Care Clinic

Requirements:

  • Board Certification: FNP or NP

  • License required: PA

  • DEA: Yes

  • Certifications required: BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: Emergency credentialing offered
