DESCRIPTION:
- Shift Times: 24/7 clinic with needs in January and ongoing with needs for all shifts
- Indianapolis Airport Area
- Full office staff
- Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care clinics
- Average 20 Patients per day
Shifts: 1/2-5, 1/8-10, 1/15-17, 1/22-24, 1/29-31 3p-11p shifts
1/2-5, 1/8-10, 1/15-17 11p-7a shifts
REQUIRED:
- 1 year experience in Occupational Medicine
- IN State License
- DEA
- BLS
COMPENSATION:
