Pueblo can be found 40 minutes southeast of Colorado Springs. Snapshot:
- FNP or PA- Urgent Care & Primary Care
- Primary care hours: 8a-5p M-F
- Urgent Care hours: 8a-7p M-F / 8a-5p Sat and Sunday
- Providers could end up covering a mix of Primary Care and Urgent Care
- 15-18 Patients per day for Primary Care
- 30-40 Patients per day for Urgent Care
- EMR – Athena

Salary and Benefits:
- FNP/PA Primary Care rates $95k+ dependent upon experience
- FNP/PA Urgent Care rates $125k+ dependent upon experience
- Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Allowance is Negotiable

Qualifications:
- PA- Federal and Colorado State licensure (PA & DEA) required or NP- Federal and Colorado State licensure (APN, RXN, DEA) required
- BLS Certification required
