Urgent Care Clinic Looking for Help in Indiana

Sumo Medical Staffing is looking for an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to provide coverage in Warsaw, IN in an Urgent Care Clinic. APP must perform physical examination, assess patients medical conditions, counsel and educate, refer and transfer care, and prescribe medication.

Current shifts for July are as of follows

7/7/25 Orientation AM, 12.30 pm - 8.30 pm,

7/8 - 12 pm - 8.30 pm

7/10 7am - 7pm

7/11 - 8.30 am - 8.30 pm

7/14 - 12.30 pm - 8.30 pm

7/15 - 7 am - 7 pm

7/16 - 12 pm - 8.30 pm

7/17 - 12.30 pm - 8.30 pm

7/21 12.30 pm - 8.30 pm

7/28 - 12.30 pm - 8.30 pm

7/29 - 12 pm - 8.30 pm

Pending August onward calendar.

Requirements

• IN license
• BLS
• Board Certified/Eligible
• Must have similar experience to practice description above -
• 3 years experience required
