Urgent Care (NP/PA) Locums needed in Pennsylvania (PA)

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for experienced Urgent Care (NP/PA) Locums needed in Pennsylvania (PA). The team is anticipating 11/2/2026, with ongoing potential into 2027. The role offers a competitive market rate and Locums benefit.

48786– Urgent Care (NP/PA) Locum Role: Local, drive-in candidates only within a 2–3-hour radius

· Coverage: 20 shifts per month. Mon – Sun, 8a-8p. No OT.

· Traveling: between three sites, no more than 30 min apart.

· Scope: willing to work independently (no supervision). EMR: Epic. AVG: 3-4 patients per hour

· Need: Up to 5 Full-time advanced practitioners with urgent care and emergency medicine experience

· Procedures: Orthopedic Procedures (splinting) and wound care

Requirements of the Urgent Care (NP/PA) Role:

· PA state license: active, unrestricted (in-hand).

· Board Certification

· Credentialing: Full and Temp Privileges

· Census: seeing all ages 6m+

· Experience Minimum: 2-years in urgent care or 1-year in emergency medicine

· Must be comfortable with: Suturing, wound care, I&Ds, splinting, x-Rays/EKGs, Drawing Blood/IV.

· DEA, ACLS, BLS, PALS

· CV (MM/YYYY, 30+day gaps explained – work and education)
