Urgent Care NP or PA

Specialty accepted: Urgent Care NP or PA
Start date or shifts: November – Ongoing
Daily schedule: Full-time preferred (12+ shifts/month minimum); Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Practice setting: Urgent Care Clinic
Types of procedures: Suturing, wound care, I&Ds, splinting, X-rays, EKGs, drawing blood, IVs, injections
Number of patients: Average of 3 to 4 patients per hour
Ages: All ages
Requirements: Pennsylvania license; DEA; ACLS; BLS; PALS; CSR license; Board Certified; minimum 2 years urgent care experience or 1 year emergency medicine experience; must be comfortable working independently; NPDB self-query (dated within last 30 days) required at presentation
Additional information: Providers will rotate between nearby clinic sites (within 30 miles); Epic EMR; full privileges and temp privileges available; travel supported including mileage, airfare, lodging, rental car, and parking; on-site support from medical assistants and rad techs; physician available remotely for escalation; high-priority role with consistent scheduling and autonomy.
