Seeking full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner to join a dedicated team in rural Northeast Oregon. If you’re looking for schedule flexibility, strong team support, and small-town living with access to world-class outdoor recreation, this is your opportunity.

Position Highlights

• Join a team of 3 experienced NPs

• Flexible 10–12 hour shifts

• Average 15–25 patients/day

  • Scribe support for providers seeing 15+ patients/day

• On-site X-ray & 6 exam rooms

• Epic EMR

• Full-time, permanent role in a growing clinic

Compensation & Perks

• Very competitive salary offered

• $20,000 sign-on bonus

• $8,000/year CME allowance + paid CME time

Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner

• Urgent care or primary care experience preferred
