Position Overview
Based at the Urgent Care Clinic in Island City (just outside La Grande), this full-time Nurse Practitioner role involves providing high-quality care to a population of roughly 35,000 residents. Flexible 10–12-hour shifts allow for excellent schedule adaptability. The clinic features six exam rooms, on-site X-ray, lab services, and uses Epic EMR. Providers typically see 15–25 patients per day, with scribe support provided for those averaging 15+.

Compensation & Incentives

• $20,000 sign-on bonus

• Up to $16,000/year in quality incentives
