Position Overview
This full-time role supports the busy Urgent Care clinic serving Union County. You’ll work flexible 10–12-hour shifts, typically seeing 15–20 patients per day, assisted by a scribe when your volume exceeds that threshold. The clinic includes six exam rooms, onsite x-ray and lab services, and operates using Epic EMR for streamlined patient flow.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care to patients of all ages, handling non-emergent illnesses and minor injuries

• Collaborate with in-house diagnostics and ancillary services to deliver high-quality care

• Utilize scribe support for higher patient volumes

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic

• Participate in quality initiatives and team-based care planning
