Job Summary:
A well-established regional health system in Eastern Oregon is seeking two experienced Urgent Care Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join their team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume setting where your expertise will be valued in delivering immediate, high-quality care to patients of all ages. Candidates must bring proven urgent care experience—this position is not open to new graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive urgent care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute illnesses and minor injuries.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate care with other providers.

• Deliver patient education and ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to maintain efficiency and quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (current or eligible for Oregon licensure).

• Minimum 1–2 years of urgent care experience required.

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
