Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide urgent care services on a temporary basis. In this role, you will work as the sole provider in a fast-paced outpatient setting, evaluating and treating patients of all ages (6 months and up), performing minor procedures, and consulting with an offsite medical director as needed. This position offers competitive pay, flexible hours, and EMR support prior to start.

Shift Coverage Needed:
- February 12 and February 16
- Flexible 12-hour shifts | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general urgent care services, including laceration repair, splinting, and treatment of minor acute conditions
- Evaluate and treat patients of all ages (6 months and up) in a fast-paced outpatient setting
- Collaborate with an offsite medical director as needed via phone

Qualifications:
- Active California FNP license
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
- Ability to function independently as the sole provider
- Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills
- Experience with Expert EMR preferred
